As Per Wild life protection act, Chief Wildlife Warden of the State becomes the governing authority of Community reserve. So, 1 is correct.


In Community Reserve Hunting is not allowed to facillitate conservation of wildlife and their habitat. So, 2 is correct.


In community reserve people of such area are allowed to collect non-timber forest produce but not allowed to traditional agriculture practices. 

So, 3 correct and 4 is wrong.

What is community Reserve?


Protected Area (PA) has been defined in the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. 


It include national parks, sanctuaries, conservation reserves and community reserves.


Around 5% of area in India is protected area.


Biosphere Reserve  may consist of a few National Park, Wild Life Sanctuaries(WLSs), Reserved forests(RFs) and protected forests(PFs).


Tiger reserve may consist of an NP, a few WLSs, PFs and RFs.


Bird reserve is a WLS that conserves birds and their natural habitats
